ISFE高齡親善環境認證
International Certification of Senior-Friendly Environment
認證核心：安全、安心、友善、便利，四大核心目標。
認證項目：戶外設施、指標系統、照明系統、空間動線、噪音管控、語音系統、工安衛生、醫療防護、電網資訊、傢俱材質、衛浴設施、門窗系統、諮詢服務、房務政策、飲水餐飲、管理制度與風險管控等78項作業規範。
認證方法：雙階段審查機制：
第一階段：神秘顧客審核：以不通知、顧客、上班時間至旅宿業進行服務稽核查核，神秘顧客審核方式採用「CSIM(Customer Service Indication)-Star神秘顧客服務稽核星級評調查」方式進行調查
第二階段：現場文件審查：以通知方式，告知旅宿業管理代表文件審查時間，並進行認證項目內之文件資料審查。
合格標準：二階段分數達80分以上為合格，並頒發證書。

Principles：Safety、Reassurance、Friendliness、Convenience
Indices：
Outdoor facilities, post directions, lighting system, traffic flow, noise, speech recognition, work safety and health, medical protection, network information, furniture material, bathroom facilities, doors and windows, consulting services, housekeeping, water drinking and catering, management system and risk control, etc. There are 78 norms for hotels and B&Bs to review.
Methods：
The Two-Stage Verification:
The first stage: Mystery Shopper Verification
This stage has adopted the CSI(Customer Service Indication)-Star System to verify the hotels and B&Bs without notification. Mystery Shoppers, as consumers, verify the hotels and B&Bs during business hours.
The second stage: On-site Data Verification
This stage checks the documents on examining indices with notification.
Approval standards：The score of 80 or more at each stage is regarded as conformity. The certificate is hereby awarded by the audit.
